From time to time, North Shore Equestrian Centre and boarders at NSEC offer horses for sale or lease. This area of our website features these horses. Our instructors and staff are happy to assist students who wish to take the next step and lease or buy a horse. Privately-owned horses boarded at our stables are sometimes available for lease. In order to cover the owner's basic costs, NSEC suggests the following rates for leasing (including GST): Half-lease (3 days/week): $405.00/month Quarter-lease (2 days/week): $270.00/month These rates are all inclusive, and cover the owner's costs such as board, vet and farrier bills.	CURRENTLY FOR SALE: Foxy is a pretty dark bay 12 year old 15 h.h. part Arab mare. She has very comfortable gaits and is well schooled English, including dressage and jumping. She is very light to the aids and a real teat for intermediate riders. Foxy is very sound, has good solid hooves and is healthy.
