Established in 1986, North Shore Equestrian Centre has always taken pride in being a part of the beautiful North Shore of Vancouver. Located next to many easily accessible multi-use trail systems, we are connected to some of the most popular areas of the community.

NSEC has done a great job of caring for our ponies. Whenever we see Allanda our thoughts go immediately to the times of emergency when she walked with our pony at the wee hours of the morning and took care of her when no else was available.

After having a Pony Play Date at NSEC, I must say I am impressed. The instructor went above and beyond in how she handled things with my son. I've seen tons of people interact with him due to his ADHD and oppositional attitude and the instructor did a great job of making the kids feel important. She encouraged their questions and answered them seriously. She was funny, engaging and very in tune with my son’s anxiety. She was firm with the rules and expectations while keeping the tone light and fun. The kids had a blast and my son in particular left feeling as though he had conquered his fears. I can't think of a better way to have spent a day. 

We will definitely be doing another Pony Play Date in the future and look forward to the kids camps in the summer. Many many thanks.

NSEC has been a foundational step in bringing my daughter from a novice rider to competing at a high level in both Canada and the United States.
